He has held key roles including Founder, CEO, Vice President, and Director, and has been instrumental in identifying and developing value in mining assets from grassroots exploration through to mine development. His career includes positions at BHP, Placer Dome, Barrick, Teck, and Detour Gold/Kirkland Lake Gold/Agnico Eagle. Recently appointed to the Board of Directors of McEwen Mining Inc.

Professional Geologist (P. Geo) with more than 35 years of global experience in the mining sector. He has founded and chaired over 20 successful resource companies and is the Founder of the Metals Group of companies. Throughout his career, John has helped raise more than $1 billion for exploration, development, and mining ventures worldwide.

Over 30 years of experience in the global mining industry, with expertise spanning corporate development, stakeholder relations, regulatory affairs, finance, and operations. He is a Co-Founder of the Metals Group and has played a key role in the strategic and financial growth of its member companies.

Professional Geologist (P. Geo) with over 13 years of experience managing mineral exploration programs across the Americas. She has spent the past six years working with multiple Metals Group companies as a Senior Geologist and Exploration Manager on projects in Canada, the U.S., and Peru. Krystle holds a B.Sc. in Geology and is registered with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.

Professional Engineer from Bougainville Island, Papua New Guinea, with more than 17 years of experience in the mining industry. He has held technical and leadership roles at major mining firms including Placer Dome, Barrick, Glencore, and Agnico Eagle. Arthur specializes in the design and development of underground and large-scale open-pit deposits and currently serves as Technical Services Manager at Agnico Eagle’s Detour Lake Gold Mine.

Donald Marahare is a seasoned legal professional from Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands, and currently serves as the principal of DNS & Partners Law Firm in Honiara. Admitted to the High Court of Solomon Islands in 2000, he has over two decades of experience in civil litigation and commercial law. He is also actively involved in sports administration as the President of the Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF).
